Donald McCurdy
President

Mr. McCurdy is the founder and President of Environmental Systems Corporation (ESC). He started ESC more than 40 years ago as an HVAC equipment representative. Today, ESC is a nationally recognized organization in the industry of building automation, security and access systems, energy management solutions, fire and life safety systems, and a full range of mechanical services. His philosophy of creative approaches and solutions for clients’ problems along with superior service is an important key to the growth and success of ESC. Mr. McCurdy holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.

 
Craig McCurdy
Vice President
Mr. Craig McCurdy has been with Environmental Systems Corporation for 34 years. He has extensive experience in business development, project finance, and operations within the automated controls, access and security controls, and mechanical services industries. Mr. McCurdy is responsible for the acquisition and expansion of complementary services to Environmental Systems Corporation’s service offerings footprint. In addition, Mr. McCurdy oversees the day to day operations, employee relations, recruiting, and professional development.
 
Michael Sullo
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Sullo is responsible for the overall operations at Environmental Systems Corporation (ESC). Mr. Sullo has over 26 years of experience in the HVAC and controls industry. His experience includes all aspects of project design, estimation, planning and manpower requirements for large commercial, institutional and industrial building automation projects. Prior to joining ESC, Mr. Sullo held Construction Project Manager positions at Select Energy and Environmental Engineering. Mr. Sullo is a member of the American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and has completed several manufacturers’ training courses.
 
Dennis Tetreault
Service Business Development Manager
Mr. Tetreault is responsible for the overall management and growth of service for Environmental Systems Corporation (ESC), including; building automation, security, life safety, and mechanical systems. Mr. Tetreault has more than 32 years of experience in the facility management systems industry. His experience includes all facets of the business including; technical service, system installation, engineering/design, project management, sales, sales management, divisional management and corporate management. Prior to joining ESC, Mr. Tetreault held management positions at Universal Building Controls, Automated Building Systems, New England Mechanical Services, Honeywell and Johnson Controls. Mr. Tetreault holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Providence College and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
 
Daniel Kus
Security and Fire Safety Business Development Manager
Mr. Kus is responsible for the daily operations of the Security and Fire Safety divisions for Environmental Systems Corporation (ESC). Daniel has over 21years of diversified Security/Fire Safety industry experience. Mr. Kus has been a Strategic Project Leader for Homeland Security, Department of Defense Contractors, Major Municipalities, National Grid Utilities, Ivy League Universities, and Fortune 50 Companies. Prior to joining ESC, Mr. Kus held management positions with Yale University, and Siemens Building Technologies. Mr. Kus has several certifications including Certified Physical Security Systems Professional, and holds several licenses including the State of CT Electrician and the State of CT Master Radio Television Contractor.
