Client : Northeast Utilities (Connecticut Light & Power, Western Mass Electric, Public Service of New Hampshire, Yankee Gas) Start Date : 1990 Completion Date : to present – Partnering Relationship in place Description : Card Access Control for 130 facilities in 3 States. Project includes control access of over 1,500 doors, 122 DVR’s, over 700 cameras and 52 workstations. ESC installed Direct Digital Controls in 25 facilities with over 7,500 points. All the sites are networked via NU’s WAN.

Client : AT&T Start Date : 1999 Completion Date : to present – Partnering Relationship in place Description : Card Access Control for over 190 facilities in Connecticut. Project includes control access of over 500 doors, DVR’s, cameras and 5 workstations. ESC installed Direct Digital Controls in 181 facilities with over 25,000 points. All the sites were networked via AT&T’s WAN.

		Client : Federal Aviation Administration ARTCC Centers-North America Start Date : 2002 Completion Date : to present Description : Fuel Oil Monitoring and Direct Digital Controls for emergency generator systems serving air traffic control above 30,000 feet across North America. Sites completed to date includes; Nashua NH, Atlanta GA, Palmdale CA, Sitka AK, Houston TX, Albuquerque NM, Washington DC, Long Island NY, Cleveland OH, Miami FL, and Indianapolis IN.

Client : AETNA, Hartford, CT Start Date : 2007 Completion Date : to present – Partnering Relationship in place Description : ESC provided energy solutions and Direct Digital Control services for entire campus including over 3,500 DDC controllers, re-lamping of entire campus (31,500+) DDC points. ESC procured over $1.4M incentives from utility.

Client : New Britain Board of Education, New Britain, CT Start Date : 2007 Completion Date : to present – Partnering Relationship in place Description : ESC provides mechanical/HVAC, Direct Digital Control, Card Access, Security and CCTV services to New Britain Board of Education. Our services to date includes: card access control, CCTV, mechanical, HVAC, Boiler, Burner, Chiller and Refrigeration services for 14 schools. Includes control access to over 200 doors, DVR’s, cameras and 5 workstations. In addition, our services include Direct Digital Control in 14 schools with over 1,500 points. All sites are networked via New Britain’s WAN.

Client : General Electric World Head Quarters Start Date : 2010 Completion Date : to present – Partnering Relationship in place Description : ESC provides onsite full time System Engineering Services, Energy Solutions, and DDC services for entire campus. Our services includes management of over 800 DDC controllers, lighting control for entire campus, Critical Personnel and Systems Monitoring, and over 8,000 DDC points.

Our services to date includes over 250 DDC controllers for over 3,500 points, 75 variable frequency drives, and setting up and building automation room (DDC Controls).
