Michael Amedeo
Energy Solutions Engineer
Mr. Amedeo has more than 10 years of experience in the building management systems industry which includes HVAC, electrical, BMS, and security systems. He is responsible for analyzing a client’s current energy usage and developing an energy management plan with cost effective energy solutions. Mr. Amedeo’s role includes generating, developing and designing energy solutions measures and strategies for customers with an attractive payback format. Prior to joining ESC, Mr. Amedeo was the Director of Engineering for a large Class A multi-tenant facility in Fairfield County, CT. Mr. Amedeo holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and is an active member of AEE® and has completed several professional courses including the Certified Energy Managers training.
 
James Barber
Fire / Life Safety Systems Sales Manager
Mr. Barber has over 35 years of experience in the Fire & Security Industry. His experience includes the design, estimating, and sales of fire and life safety systems. Mr. Barber is a Managing Member for Anvil Associates, LLC. Prior to joining ESC, Mr. Barber was the Vice President of Fire Services and the President of Southern New England Fire Alarm Service. He also worked in the high end account sales for ADT. Mr. Barber's training includes Gamewell/FCI Fire Alarm Systems, Fenwal Suppression Systems, Siemens’ Fire Alarm Systems, EST Fire Alarm Systems, Fire-Lite Fire Alarm Systems, Silent Knight Fire Alarm Systems, Mircon Systems, Axis Camera Systems, Pelco Camera Systems, Ademco Systems, Napco Systems, Call for Aid Systems, and extinguishers.
 
Timothy Corcoran
Client Services Manager

Mr. Corcoran has over 24 years of experience in the controls industry. His experience includes the installation, service, and project management of environmental controls. In addition, Mr. Corcoran's experience includes over 5 years of energy auditing. Prior to joining ESC, Mr. Corcoran worked as a Service Manager at Select Energy. Mr. Corcoran has extensive industry training including AEE Energy Auditing, Andover Controls AC256 Programming, Andover Controls Continuum Configuration, and Safety Risk Analysis.

 
William Cote
Business Development Sales Engineer
Mr. Cote has over 33 years of experience in the controls industry. His primary focus is on new construction and renovation projects, collaborating with Consulting Engineers and Developers. His experience includes the design, estimating, and sales of complete building automation, security and life safety systems for high-rise commercial office buildings, schools and universities, hospitals and campus-type office complexes. Prior to joining ESC, Mr. Cote was the Senior Account Executive for RCMS Controls. In addition, Mr. Cote held Sales Manager positions at Select Energy, United Technologies (Carrier), and Johnson Controls. Mr. Cote is an active member of ASHRAE. Mr. Cote has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut at Storrs.
 
Richard Fox
Security Sales Engineer
Mr. Fox has over 30 years of experience in the Electrical and Security Industry. His primary focus is customer security support and security renovation projects to keep ESC’s customers on the leading edge of secured environments. His experience includes the design, estimating, and sales of complete building security and life safety systems for commercial office buildings, schools and universities, hospitals, utilities and campus-type office complexes. Prior to joining ESC, Mr. Fox was a Security Account Representative for Select Energy Controls. In addition, Mr. Fox was the Electrical and Security Department Manager at Sarracco Mechanical. Mr. Fox's extensive training includes Andover Controls, Millennium Access Control, Gamewell FCI Fire Alarm Systems, Integral/Pelco CCTV, Verint CCTV, and Door King Gate Access Control. Mr. Fox was a previously licensed State Electrical Inspector with formal studies of Electrical Engineering at Waterbury State Technical College.
 
Neil Henriksen
Energy Solutions Engineer
Mr. Henriksen analyses the return of investment (ROI) and financial energy management of diverse energy projects. He has completed the Certified Energy Management (CEM) training from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). Mr. Henriksen has over 20 years of financial project and business management experience. Prior to joining ESC, Mr. Henriksen was a financial analyst for Coburn & Meredith. Mr. Henriksen has a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University.
 
Stewart Leroux
Project Manager

Mr. Leroux has over 24 years of experience in the heating ventilation and air conditioning direct digital controls industry. His experience includes design, estimating, sale, installation, service, database programming, lighting control and project management of direct digital control systems for large commercial, institutional, and industrial building automation projects. He develops and implements technologies, products, standards, procedures and processes for large and complex control systems. Mr. Leroux has completed several Andover Controls Training Courses.

 
Kenneth Pajer
Security Service Manager
Mr. Pajer is a Security Service Manager at ESC. Mr. Pajer has over 22 years of experience in the access control, security, CCTV, database management and network industry. His experience includes the installation, service, and project management of security and access controls. Prior to joining ESC, Mr. Pajer worked as a Security Manager for Integrated Access Systems an Ingersoll subsidiary. Kenneth served in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear electrical engineer for 6 years. Mr. Pajer is Microsoft SQL Certified and Novell Certified.
 
Kenneth Wallach
Sales Engineer Manager
Mr. Wallach has over 22 years of experience in the HVAC and controls industry. His primary focus is on building automation, energy management and HVAC controls. His experience includes working with building owners, building managers, general contractors, mechanical contractors and consulting engineers to design, estimate, and sale of complete building solutions. In addition, Mr. Wallach works with ESC’s Energy Solutions division performing energy audits and developing energy efficiency projects. Prior to joining ESC, Mr. Wallach worked for the Goodwin Hotel, CB Richard Ellis, The Trane Company and New Boston Fund. Mr. Wallach attended HVAC trade school at New England Technical Institute and holds a Connecticut HVAC license.
 
Daniel Wheatley
Energy Solutions Manager
Mr. Wheatley is responsible for group management, design and development of comprehensive energy solutions projects for new and existing clients throughout New England. Mr. Wheatley's responsibilities include meeting clients, efficiency measure identification and development, quantifying energy and power savings, procurement of conservation funds, and demonstration of quality assurance for engineers and consultants. Prior to joining ESC, Mr. Wheatley was the President of DDC Systems, VP Applications Engineer at Computer Controls and an Applications Engineer at Johnson Controls. Mr. Wheatley is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Business Energy Professional (BEP) and Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) with the Association of Energy Engineers. Mr. Wheatley has received numerous professional awards such as 2009 Best Energy Project in New Hampshire Award, 2009 Energy Professional Development Award, and 2010 Excellence in Energy Efficiency Design. He also has a B.F.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University.
