His experience includes the installation, service, and project management of environmental controls. In addition, Mr. Corcoran's experience includes over 5 years of energy auditing. Prior to joining ESC, Mr. Corcoran worked as a Service Manager at Select Energy. Mr. Corcoran has extensive industry training including AEE Energy Auditing, Andover Controls AC256 Programming, Andover Controls Continuum Configuration, and Safety Risk Analysis.
kpajer_web@esccontrols.com	Kenneth Pajer Security Service Manager Mr. Pajer is a Security Service Manager at ESC. Mr. Pajer has over 22 years of experience in the access control, security, CCTV, database management and network industry. His experience includes the installation, service, and project management of security and access controls. Prior to joining ESC, Mr. Pajer worked as a Security Manager for Integrated Access Systems an Ingersoll subsidiary. Kenneth served in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear electrical engineer for 6 years. Mr. Pajer is Microsoft SQL Certified and Novell Certified.
fwish_web@esccontrols.com	Fred Wish Service Operations Manager Mr. Wish has over 35 years of experience in the HVAC/Mechanical Service industry. He is responsible for the operation of ESC’s HVAC/Mechanical Service Department. In this position, he supports and builds the service client base. His expertise ranges from the installation and servicing of small single zone systems in small buildings to large multi-zone systems in large buildings. His experience covers different types of high and low pressure steam systems, hot water systems, rooftops, chillers, dual-fuel boilers (including # 6 Bunker C), refrigeration, such as ice machines, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, different types of reach-in boxes, and various control systems, such as Solidyne, Johnson Metasys, Honeywell Sectra, and Novar. Prior to joining ESC, Mr. Wish was the owner of Northern Mechanical Services which he sold to Pennsylvania Power and Light (PPL).
